Nothing is behind the scenes with Zeph — guests are welcomed to participate in the meat preparation and roasting process, helping satisfy Zeph’s desire to reconnect people with their basic human desires in a visceral way.

SORCERYOregon native and CWA Emeritus Board Member Chris Hermann and his wife Kathryn will be providing wines from 00 Winery, which in just two vintages has become a cult Chardonnay house, with wines gracing the tables and cellars of collectors in Hong Kong, Sydney, New York, and Los Angeles. AND GET THIS: James Suckling just awarded them 97 points on three chardonnays and 94-96 points their pinots!! So proud!!
