Pig & Pint began as a way to honor Chuck Allen Sr. with the kind of gathering he loved: a whole hog on the cooker, cold beer nearby, and friends swapping stories long into the afternoon.

Chuck brought a pig cooker from North Carolina to Oregon. The tradition came with it. Today, Chuck & Rilla keep it going with Eastern Carolina barbecue, live music, and good company.
