Dearest friends, join us at home for a night of splendid costumes, lively company, and a sparkling midnight toast. Bring your sense of fun and a little Regency drama. We’ll supply the warm welcome.

A little costume inspiration

Dress the part.
Then turn it up.

Think Bridgerton, with the volume turned up: sumptuous fabrics, towering hair, powdered wigs, feathers, and jewels. Gloriously over the top is exactly right.

Costume inspiration: an emerald embroidered gown, long gloves, jewels, and a towering feathered updo.

Make an entrance.

Rich colors, sweeping gowns, and hair with ambition. Add feathers and a generous helping of sparkle.

Costume inspiration: a burgundy brocade coat, embroidered waistcoat, lace cravat, boots, and powdered wig.

Bring the brocade.

An ornate coat, a handsome waistcoat, a dramatic cravat. A powdered wig makes a splendid finishing touch.

Costume accessories: pearls, a feathered hair ornament, jeweled brooches, ivory gloves, a lace cravat, and a decorative fan.

More is marvelous.

Borrow the pearls. Find a fan. Pin on a brooch. A few theatrical accessories can transform your whole look.

Thrifted, borrowed, homemade, or hired—all are welcome.
Historical perfection is optional. Having fun with it is the point.
